I love the original video for "Universal Mind Control" but I really like this one as well. Eventough the other one is dope and original and the robots on point, this one just fits the track better, it was actually the first version that was made by Lil' X before Hype Williams took over and went high tech on it:

It's out!!! MASSIVE ATTACK !!! Remember all those dope videos that came out in Diddy's bling era? Well Hype Williams isn't exactly the cheapest go to dude in the business so not that many Hip Hop artists have been hiring him lately, but Nicki got Young Money/Cash Money to pay the bill so why not? This video is like a flashback for me, it's like going back to when Hip Hop was original, provocative, different, innovative, surprising, rough, rugged and raw! Yep, Nicki is all that and a bag of Sørland Chips! I am putting her in the same category as Missy Elliott in my book, along with...hmmmm...well...along with a whole lot of space for more talented artists wiling to take risks and to be original.
