Will.I.Am & Siedah Garrett - Funky Bahia HOT I love Sérgio Mendez, Siedah Garrett has 2 one of my favourite soul tracks ever and I love the fact that Will.I.Am can flip styles and work with pretty much anyone. This track needs that HOT stamp on it. I hope it makes it to the radio cos it beats the hell out of 90% percent of the tracks on heavy rotation right now. It's off his new album Encanto (Enchantment) out on June 10th. Encanto is the follow-up to Timeless, one of my favourite albums in 2006, and I can't wait to see what else Sérgio Mendes THE LEGEND has in store.

It's funny to see how the music business evolves and how both the people and the artists adapt to it. Lately a lot of artists been putting out trailers for theyre upcoming videos, albums and mixtapes. As if they were big Hollywood releases. I guess its all about finding alternative ways of promotion. Afer blowing up Oslo and giving us an hell of an afterparty at Livingroom with yours truly, Busta dropped by Tim Westwoods show in the U.K. for the official premiere of "Don't Touch Me (Throw The Water On 'Em)" joint feturing Reek The Villian, The Game, Weezy Weeeee, Nas, Spliff Starr and Big Daddy Kane. Scandinavia has become an oasis for Hip Hop and urban related concerts and festivals lately. In the last year we've had the pleasure of seeing some of the biggest names in Hip Hop live and enjoy some of the best concerts of our lives. But there are so many concerts and festivals poppin up all the time that it's hard to keep up with whats goin on and to decide where to go. Another weeks gone by and I've been mad sick.
Happy it happened after the R&B joint on saturday that was off the hook tough. I decided to make 200 hundred more copys of the mixtape cos its that nice, and I will have a bunch of copys on me for the taking until there is no more.
Its good to be done with my once a winter sickness but I have to admit that I had to struggle to sit on the laptop the last few days. I did manage to re-configure the blog, make it look nicer and post like a mad man tough.
So, back to business:
Tonight I got Dj Breakneck with me at Livingroom (Oslo). If you heard him before you know what to expect, if you havent you should. I personally think he is one of the most underated dj's in Oslo and he diserves a lot more credit than 99% of the profiled popular dudes.
With that said, the Oscar for club banger and Supa Fresh favourite of the week go to:
